What CandleAI provides

Computational protein structure predictions, variant scoring, binder/enzyme design candidates, batch screening reports, and optional GPU compute leasing on DGX Spark.

  • Outputs may include PDB files, confidence scores (e.g. pLDDT/PAE), and written summaries
  • Pipelines may use ColabFold, OpenFold, ESMFold, RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, and related tools
  • QC gates check structural sanity and versioning before paid delivery

What CandleAI does not provide

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical interpretation
  • A medical device or FDA/regulatory clearance
  • Wet-lab validation, regulatory strategy, or guarantees of experimental success
  • Processing of PHI/PII without a signed BAA and explicit architecture review
